1. Sadhakas seeking admission must provide a valid ID card which can be either an Aadhaar card, Voter ID or Driving license.
2. Sadhakas are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the premises of Prakruthi Arogya Dhama.
3. All meals and refreshments will be provided by the hospital’s diet centre, which ensures adherence to our dietary guidelines and health standards.
4. Sadhakas are not permitted to invite any outside individuals to the hospital premises without any prior approval from the hospital administration.
5. Sadhakas are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Prakruthi Arogya Dhama will not be liable for any loss or damage to items brought into the premises.
6. All treatments and services provided are subject to the availability and the hospital’s policies.
7. Sadhakas must respect the privacy and rights of other Sadhakas, staffs and visitors.
8. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
9. Sadhakas must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies prior to the treatments.
10. By participating in any treatments or activities, Sadhakas acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved.
11. Any damage to property caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the Sadhakas.
12. Sadhakas staying at the hospital must adhere to the accommodation rules & regulations.
13. Check-in and check -out times must be followed as specified.
14. Management reserves the right to take final and binding decision in case of any disputes.
15. The room tariff is applicable per room per night.
